      Business committed to building us a patio cover in May 2023, and cashed our check at that time. Was told project would take 2 weeks once started, and 2 months overall. Owner then spent the summer in ******* and nothing was done for months. In October 2023 the project was finally started, and now in August 2024 project is not only not done but part of it was done incorrectly and to terrible standards. We also have damage to our house and yard from business that is still ongoing. Business owner is now in ******* full time, and has claimed he will have people out to fix what was done wrong and complete the project but is now not answering calls or texts. We need the project agreed upon to be fixed and completed.
