      This company installed a new roof on my home in May of 2022. Finished mid May. Removed two existing roofs.Noticed water damage on ceiling in garage a few weeks later. Two workers came out who could not find problems. It was after 2 heavy downpours and since then really no rain to speak of. Then in early July my neighbors reported to me seeing a squirrel go up and disappear under gutter area on roof. I immediately notified *************************** with All County Roofing who stated he was on his way to Salem and no workers available. Then in early August I heard the squirrel in the walls.Again ****** nor anyone from All County would respond to my phone calls, text messages etc.I had to HIRE IBEX Roofing to come out to inspect. All County Roofing had not installed flashing on either side so this is how squirrel got in. After giving them over two months to respond I finally gave them a one star reviewed on ****** and posted photos and complaint regarding them on Nextdoor. ****** replied to the ****** review immediately saying he was not responsible for a squirrel. It was a week later he finally agreed to send someone out and admitted it was their fault. I told him that was fine to send someone out however after waiting almost 3 months for you to reply to my concerns I hired IBEX roofing to install missing flashing and shingles where necessary paying them $579.34. ****** agreed to reimburse me which they have. I told Then the soffit area was full of nesting material that needs to be cleaned out also. *******************, owners son drove up a few weeks ago and agreed to have Lifetime Remodeling, the company who installed my siding remove the soffits to clean out the nesting material. He also agreed to cover the cost since this was all due to their mistake in not installing flashing. Lifetime came yesterday along with one of their workers however as ******************* promised he sent no shingles as he promised and worker left and no one responded to calls. Can't trust them
