      Chris is very kind, very fair with pricing and very dependable. He rescued me at 10:00 one night with a suspected propane leak I would highly recommend him to anyone!!

      Chris is awesome to work with and seemed genuine in helping with repairs when present or available. Think we are just a victim of no work force to sustain demand. Despite us wanting to book $4k worth of service. They no call/no showed us on presale inspection and canceled our roof repair last minute. They did do a post sale inspection (free as makeup) and came out and winterized the ** and decided to not charge us to make up for the reschedule. Wanted to pay them and never asked for that. Tried to schedule for February/March for same roof service and some other things and was texted that I should find someone else because they dont think they can meet expectations for us with all they have. We were super accommodating and very flexible. Seems just overwhelmed by high demand and very little support to take on more jobs. All work they did do was solid, but just a disorganized mess when it comes to service and schedule only to be let down time after time. Super nice people and wish they had it together more as wouldve loved to keep supporting small business. Too bad
