      McBride Construction Resources Inc was contracted by ************************* to complete repairs following a water leak. McBride was awarded the contract on 9/18/2024. As of 11/2/2024, no work has been completed and the only work scheduled has been to reinsulate a wall and hang drywall. Employees at McBride have not reached out once to communicate with me, the owner of the unit, about repairs. I have had to reach out nearly every day to get updates about the project and move it along. McBride did not ask us to select materials for repairs for a month after receiving the contract, creating a delay of several weeks while we wait for materials to show up. We have been out of our home for four months and the project shows no sign of making progress. We are very concerned that McBride will not complete the project before our insurance funds for loss of use run out. I have requested a timeline for repairs multiple times to provide to my insurance and McBride has refused to provide one. McBride has failed to provide adequate budgetary information to allow us to select materials within budget.

      I believe that we have been in contact with the customer before receiving this complaint and things are on track for completion. The customer has been given a schedule; materials are being ordered based on their selections and we will continue update them of any changes to the schedule as needed.
