The client agrees topay Moon Gold non-refundable 30% of the total project cost before any servicesare provided, and the remaining 70% is to be paid before any workable files aredelivered. If the parameters of the work change, or if it involves more timethan estimated, Moon Gold will inform the client and they can renegotiate thework’s cost.
Allinvoices are payable within 30 business days of receipt. A $50 service chargeis payable on all overdue balances for reissuing each invoice at 45, 60, 75 and90 days from the date of original invoice. The grant of any license or right ofcopyright is conditioned on receipt of full payment.Bothparties understand that the client or Moon Gold may terminate the service atany time if, for any reason, the relationship is deemed unsatisfactory byeither party. Upon written or verbal cancellation, the client is responsiblefor payment for all expenses incurred and any work done towards the completionof the project based on the percentage of the project completed that isdetermined by Moon Gold. Should the client cancel the project following itscompletion, the client is responsible for full payment as per the agreed uponestimate plus all expenses incurred. In the event of cancellation, Moon Goldretains ownership of all copyrights and original work created.
