    Hello,Ive been paying a company called **** Solutions LLC at ************************************************************************* for the last 5 years to assist with my student loans. Ive seen tons of bad reviews saying its a scam. Then today I spoke with a supposed manager there named ***************** because I got an email from one of their reps saying they spoke to my husband & had completed my recertification. Im not married, ** divorced, & more importantly have an order of protection against ex-spouse which was communicated to this business years ago. While speaking to this manager he was rude, aggressive, argumentative, unprofessional & highly disrespectful. I asked for another manager & or his higher *** information. He said theres nobody above him he's it. *** never had this kind of interaction with a legitimate business before. This place needs to be investigated & consumers need to be aware they are sloppy & mishandling their personal Information.
