    Worste dealership experience for routine maintenance, tried to push repairs that were not needed at all, charging exorbitant amounts, all confirmed by a decent independent mechanic. The work i did get done was incomplete. Charged me 500 dollars for a transmission fluid flush but didn't event change the filter. These people are crooks, never bring your car here for repairs if you can avoid it. Go to another certifies mechanic to maintain your warranty, avoid this place

    This is probably the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in the state of **********. As a returning customer, I made a simple request for copies of purchase documents - not only did the staff confirm they had possession, but they also informed me they'll be emailing it to me. It's been over 3 weeks with multiple follow-ups, and this is still yet to be completed. Somehow it appears that a print/email job is such an arduous task to be completed by the staff there. Burien Chevrolet is run by very immature and unprofessional staff (**** to be specific) who engage in silly games with customers. There is no sense of attending to customer needs and are detrimental to the business outlook.

    I had a terrible experience at this place. Complete apathy from management when I complained about my brand new truck with a major issue (undeliverable). They refused me a loaner car, did not communicate with me, and when they returned the vehicle, they hadnt plug in the windshield wipers. Im more irritated with the lack of empathy from the general manager and sales staff

    Where do I Begin? I brought my car in for transmission issues. They ended up telling me that I needed a whole new transmission and thats my only car so I had to get it done so when I picked up my car after It took them three weeks.So I drove home and the next day I went out to get ready for work and it was still dark. I had no headlights so they did something to my headlights so then I took it back in and they wanted me to pay for it even though it wasnt like that when I brought it in, I believe these people are Just looking to make money they dont care about the client or the customer
