Every single person Ive dealt with at ZingFix has been a pleasure to work with! Very different personalities, but all share the drive to provide their client with an exceptional experience! We needed to remodel my mother in laws house and make as much money as possible so she could have something to live off of for the rest of her life. The house had been neglected for 50 years and we thought it would make more sense to tear the house down and just sell the land. ZingFix convinced us otherwise. We touched every part of the house from top to bottom, every inch of the house had to be reworked or replaced. This was not a project we looked forward to or wanted any part of! The team at ZingFix made it easy! I believe every individual, at one point or another, was involved with this job and I am so thankful to each one of them! They are all professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and I have complete trust in all of them! Across the board Ive been so impressed with everyone! In the end, we had an offer on day 2 of the listing and we made more than $600,000 than what we expected!

I worked with ZingFix to prepare our house for sale. New flooring, new kitchen, new interior paint. All went well, A few issues here and there, but coordination with ZingFix was responsive.I would work with ZingFix again. ****ZingFix Inc

As a Realtor, sourcing reliable recommendations for property projects is vital, and ZingFix exceeded all expectations with their exceptional service. I helped my client with the sale of her condo that had been left in a devastating state by a long-term renter. It was in such terrible shape that no lender would have even considered financing a buyer to purchase it in that condition.Talking to ZingFix was a game-changer for my client. They really listened to her concerns and more importantly, they gave her hope!Throughout the remodeling process, ZingFix maintained communication, ensuring both of us were kept updated with each ************* took a little longer than anticipated, however my client made additions from the original scope mid-way through. Once the project was complete, she was moved to tears. She even contemplated moving back there herself. My family decided to go with ZingFix after getting tired of dealing with unaccountable and unpredictable contractors in the past.ZingFix takes the hassle out of finding reliable contractors and holding them accountable for doing a good job. We've had ZingFix handle several jobs for us - both large and small - and every step of the way was easy and perfect.
