  ***** Tible and his assistant did not properly verify coverage through my law insurance and then unethically chose to stick me with a bill of over $5000. Since he is a partner with my insurance, he should have already been aware of this policy.It was his responsibility to verify this information and he did not. He was unprofessional in court and took many pauses that made him look incompetent and like he didnt know what he was doing. He was an embarrassment to my court case. He also almost got my entire case thrown out because he did not do his due diligence in learning the proper rules and regulations for my county. He claims miscommunication, but he clearly just didnt do his job.Its so typical for someone to wrong you and then call you hostile when you are rightly upset that they tried to s**** you over.

  Our office maintains the highest level of ethical and professional standards for all of our cases. This former client is upset because she provided insufficient legal insurance to our office and did not want to be financially responsible for legal fees used to represent her two cases. To date, she has not paid a single ***** to our office even though we performed substantial work for her. Initially, the client signed an agreement with our office and agreed that she would be responsible for legal fees that her legal insurance did not cover. Even despite her legal insurance's internal policy with its network attorneys; our agreement is enforceable. Despite how the client feels about the outcome of her cases; she was unjustly enriched because we were never compensated. When we requested the client to pay for our legal fees, she became irate and unreasonable. To remedy and appease her, we agreed to waive her legal fees. We thought this would end everything amicably. Instead, the client became more irritated and made slanderous accusations against our office. In the future, we hope this client will fully read and understand the terms of any legal agreements that she signs and not represent insufficient legal insurance to attorneys.
