    In Aug I explain** that I had not gone abs I want** to cancel. They stat** they would freeze account. I still had not us** the facility in Nov and I stat** ** my account was hack** and I did not want to go anymore. They said I had to go in person. I went in person and the person said I had to go see a manager. At no time was it disclos** I had to cancel with a manager. They are still trying to charge me for the next 60 days .

    Member signed a membership on June 14th, 2023 for 3 months with a 60-day cancellation. She froze her membership for September 2023 and then unfroze it and used it in October 2023.  She then came into the studio on December 16th at 3:44pm to cancel her membership and was told our manager would be in touch to process her cancellation.  Our manager left her a message on December 18th at 1:35pm.  When she called our manager back she was very upset and threatening so our manager approved an immediate cancellation against the membership she had signed and her last month paying her dues was December 2023.  The issue as far as we knew was resolved and she did not pay past the month she made the initial request. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns and I apologize we have overlooked your previous attempts.  I am one of the owners and unsure where these messages have been previously sent but the first we heard about this was through a call to our studio today.  I can be reached at ************ or ******************************************************.
