    Hello, my name is *************************** and I recently had an issue with the above mentioned company for a service not received. I had initially hired them to complete a sign and vinyl wrap on my utility trailer, in which they sent me an invoice and I supplied my credit card and was charged for both services. After receiving my sign I was extremely dissatisfied with the work done and called to tell them I would be happy to pay for the sign and any materials for the utility trailer, but I'd like to cancel the trailer job and have my money refunded. Although, the invoice provided has contract terms, I never provided signature on anything and assumed I would be able to get the portion of work not completed refunded. Unfortunately, the business owner has been resistant and giving me any funds back and has now refused to any of my calls entirely. In addition to this, as you can see from my invoice the total charged even prior to me calling him doesn't match what was charged to my credit card: $74.97 difference and I'm unable to get this resolved with him as well. I'm hoping to regain some of the funds from my cancelled work, I told him I was willing to pay for the sign provided and any materials ordered for the job.
