      We hired Atlas *** Lines to move us from Whidbey Island, ********** to storage and then to Salt Spring Island in July 2021. While the move from Whidbey to storage while we found our new home was extraordinary in its professionalism and a great overall experience, the move to Salt Spring was disastrous. It was unlike any moving experience I have had in my 36+ moves in my lifetime. I documented the numerous issues provided by Atlas via ******* Moving out of ********, **. We have been trying to resolve this with Atlas for a year now and we are not getting a resolution so we are coming to you. We have contacted Atlas US and ****** numerous times and we are not getting a reasonable response to the magnitude of the issue. We would like a full refund of the second half of our move from storage in ******** to here on Salt Spring due to the fact that we did not receive a professional quality move in any way, shape or form. Please see the attached for the state they left our home and belongings in. At the very least, we expect a substantial adjustment in the bill as we could have hired a couple of teenagers to unload us and had a better outcome. We paid $14,553.80 (USD) for this part of the move (that's in addition to the move from ******** and storage fees). For that, I expect a quality, professional move and that is not what we received. When I first contacted Evergreen about this issue, I was advised to **** up my Loss and Damage Report to cover the extent of the damage. This would essentially amount to me committing fraud. I have tried to work with Evergreen and Atlas US and Atlas ****** to resolve this in an honest manner and they are not responding with a reasonable offer given the extent of the damage caused.I appreciate any assistance you can give in this matter. ***********************

      To Whom it may concern,  Customer was in our permanent Storage under Evergreen Moving Systems Inc.  They were extremely happy with our service.  ************************************ provided the Interstate/Cross Border move to ****** since Evergreen Moving Systems Inc. doesn't have it's own authority.  Customer was very dissatisfied with the delivery.  We notified Atlas *** ********** and recommended they send a crew to re-organize the Hedley's delivery.  The Customer moved from a large home to a much smaller home according to the driver who did the final delivery and worked for ******* Moving (another Atlas Agent).  We did send the ******'s a claim form but never asked them to commit fraud.  I believe the main issue is that they have not received satisfaction from Atlas *** ********** who was the carrier for the out of state/country portion of the move.  All rates paid by the ******'s were in accordance with the Sate and Federal DOT tariffs and were within proximity to the estimates we provided.  Again, this could have been avoided if Atlas *** ********************** would have contacted this customer immediately and sent a couple of people to re-organize.  We will attached the initial complaint we received.
