    I really held off before posting this, because I wanted to give this company a chance to make things right. But, Ive had the worst customer service experience with this company. I put in an order Feb. 23rd, paid for faster shipping, supposed to receive by March 6th. It didnt get delivered , so I contacted the company via social media, since there was no number listed on their website. I was promised another shipment. Asked for tracking, nothing. Then promised 3 times that someone from the company would reach out to me, nothing. Searched the web for a phone number, all that was listed was linked to a previous rep, that said she gets lots of calls from upset customers, and left the company a while ago. I finally contacted the BBB to file a complaint and found a phone number listed. Left a voicemail, still nothing. Ive emailed, called, messaged on social media, and still have not received my package, or the refund I was promised. Its 17 days past the delivery date. I gave so many opportunities for them to make this right.
