They take pleasure from s******* over hard working average people. Knowingly charging a previous owner for a vehicles impounding as well as threatening licenses and credit damage etc. These guys are second rate thugs adding to America's issues. I suppose thanks to this unplayable bill that's equal to one weeks pay they are trying to extort from me I'll end up losing my license and get a cheap pos car and drive unlicensed and uninsured and with bad tags like half the population of **************** does already since i cant get ahead because of s***** people like ****** Towing, it was the owner by the way that needs the money so badly they are willing to take from the mouths of families who he knows admittedly aren't responsible for the vehicle but he is legally able to exact a penalty so he does so through coercion and threats.

My daughter was visiting a college teammate 4 Feb 24 and as she was walking out, saw her car getting picked up by *****'s Towing. The driver told my daughter that it would be around $150 to pick up the car later that day for after hours payment on Sunday but also said to my daughter that if she waited til Monday 5 Feb 24, the charge would be around $45 to pick up the car. So, my daughter opted to wait til Monday 5 Feb 24, so it would not be a hardship on her wallet. I get a call from my daughter Monday morning, asking for help releasing the car, since the 2012 VW white jetta is in my name, but said the amount is over $400, which was NOT what the tow truck driver explained to my daughter. I feel the tow truck driver took advantage of the situation of a college student and didn't explain all of the charges necessary to her to get the car out of impound. I understand her being parked at an Apartment complex where they're prone to calling on cars that are in unmarked tenant spots. But when a young lady is scared and confused about the situation and ask about what it takes to get a car out from impound, the tow truck driver should have explained it better for her to comprehend or at the very least, not leave out important financial information.
