    I made a purchase through ResusMed for a TNCC program that I needed to take for Nursing. They have it listed on their website that a book is MANDATORY for entrance into the course. I purchased an Ebook, which was $108.00. They sent me an email confirming my order. However, they never actually sent my book. I called twice with noanswer. I then sent an email. I received an email back from *************************, the owner of this program, whotold me my order was complete. I emailed him and said it wasn't, my order went through but I had never received my book. I asked for a refund and he is refusing to give me a refund. I believe this is a tactic that he is using to scam people out of money. He even sent me a screenshot, which I have, of what the orders look like on his end and you can see my name listed and the fact that I never accessed a book, because it was never sent. He has his ****** reviews turned off so you can't even warn anyone else about this scam that he is running under the name Resusmed LLC. All I simply want is my money back for a product that was never sent, and there'sliteral proof that it wasn't.

    This business finally sent me a refund and I no longer need to pursue the complaint. Thank you for your time

    Student registered the day before (8/11) for the class on 8/12 

    The purchased eBook from our website the morning of the class (8/12). Student has already been sent refund for the price of eBook Refunded on 8/14
