    I am filing a complaint for harrassment. I hired this business for mobile repair and he was racist and mysogynistic. He sent this message to me after the work was done: Quote: "bitch shoulda know you were dumb when you had a Punjab call me about mechanic stuff there tne worst in the world at fixing trucks only an idiot would use a towel head as a mechanic now pay remaining balance or your truck will go bye bye u promise There check out your new invoice *** take care of it or I'll see you in small claims oh ya that late fee is 90 a day added until I'm paid in full but you ****** up shoulda take the gift you were given ".     I explained to customer every step of *********************** along the way. And she understood that not all parts needed were available and that certain things were not a permanent repair but we're enough to get the truck and driver home and that more work was needed once there. She was all for this and totally for it and she understood my rates from the begining and that I provide an hourly service . I told customer I would give her a good deal and the 4 hours I removed from bill is a good geal especially considering the main problem the truck has the part needed to fix is not even available to buy at all, even from a dealer and the fabrication job I did saved her tons of down time but because a few little things that would be corrected once all repairs were done and an alignment was done would have corrected .any time a steering or suspension part is replaced an alignment should be performed and this is NEVER done roadside as it takes a very specialized machine only done in a shop or a lot by an alignment specialist with even more specialty tools and components ..the service I provede gets customer home without paying a tow bill and she seemed to understand this the whole time until it came time to pay. Which should have been immediately following repairs and I should have done this but I felt bad for her driver who had been away from home for at least 2 days longer than expected so I let him roll .

    Si when she started to not pick little things the next morn I knew she was going to be a issue to get pay. Her driver said he was management and was happy with repairs so I texted him and he said he would talk to her. Hours later when still not paid I gave her a deadline to pay or I was going to add a late fee so when she only paid $500  of invoice and said she wasn't paying that amount for a temp repair I was not shocked so I informed her I was going to be coming to repossess my work from the truck unless **** was paid and u still have every intention of doing so untill I'm paid in full and yes I removed any and all discounts from her bill as she doesn't deserve them.

    Shdoes not determine my rates or my billing cost she agreed to them the whole time.
