    I ordered replacement nosepads for my sunglasses. They ended up sending the wrong ones and ignored me when I reached out to customer service, so I never got a replacement or refund. They charged me over $20 just for the parts. Meanwhile, a local glasses store charged me $10 to replace the part, and even tightened up the hinges and cleaned the glasses.

    No customer support for me either. They sent only three screws when I ordered four. They also turned out to be the wrong screws for what I needed, so I emailed them a couple times asking to start the return process. It's been a few weeks and I've heard only crickets. It's a scam.

    No customer support. They sent the wrong ********************** screws and would not respond to requests to return the product.

    No customer service number, they don't return emails and I never got my order! I would give them zero stars if possible.

    No customer service number, they don't return emails and they sent the incorrect product. Use Amazon instead, they are much cheaper and you can contact someone if you have any issues. I would give them zero stars if possible.
