    Customer went thru every avenue behind our back before attempting to solve the issue with the Auction itself. Herself and her daughter posted hateful things on social media..she contacted licensing department Before coming to us. Everything at the auction is sold AS IS. We made it right and purchased the vehicle back from her to keep her as a happy customer. After doing so, and said everything was fine; but now is wanting to take further action which is not necessary. We have Never had to deal with this situation before; it's unfortunate we had this situation happen and we have deeply apologized to April. We wish the customer would have come to us 1st, we gladly made it right and it could've been done sooner if she had taken the right steps. This will not happen again at our company.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I did not go to the licensing department before I went to the auction. When I called the auction and asked them, they told me that it was something to do with the licensing department. So when I called the ***********************, they said that everything is done next day from the auction. It wasnt until weeks later when ***** told me the real reason why they didnt have my plates or the title. I did not go behind anybodys back. I was very forthcoming with whatever I was doing. I never once said everything was fine, I was actually very upset when I left there after returning the car. My issue was not with the car itself so everything sold as is was not the problem. The problem was I spent $400 of my money on a car that I dont get to keep and that put me a month and a half behind on finding my son a car. I was given the runaround and of course I went and talked to the place you got the car from because the owner gave me the name of the business where they got the car from. I was trying to get the information to the auction so I could get the title. That didnt happen, so yes I am asking for the $400 back at least.
