    Hello, I paid Environmental Designs, LLC to complete a job on my home located at ****************************************************************** that involved them scheduling a simple O&M inspection for me. They were supposed to have this job done back in March and due to some delays with another company which were resolved in mid-April. have been haranguing the representative, ***********************, to just do her job and schedule this inspection for me. She has been largely ignoring me, and once she even pretended that I had the wrong number and hung up on me. I am demanding a refund because at this point, the other construction company involved went ahead and helped me arrange the inspection elsewhere. *********************** is keeping money for services that she did not provide for me, and I do have my email threads I can send you. She did not provide me with a receipt, but I'm sure I can get it from her. She has been one of the most lazy, incompetent people I've had to interact with, and I just want my money back. I have had to put about $40K into my home to get it ready to sell, and she is throwing my business and money around like it's nothing to her.

    This client has not signed a contract with us nor has she paid any money, our job involved was to do a as built and record drawing for her septic system, stamp, sign and submit to the county. Before anything could be drawn or designed a system verification had to be completed by another company who hired a 3rd company to inspect the integrity of the lines. The 2nd company had delays due to machine repairs and weathet delay as to protect the clients yard. Even though we have no payment or signed contract we did a preliminary design and sent that to the said customer on friday, our company has not had and phone conversation were she claims we pretended to be a wrong number, our only communication has been through text, email and voice-mail, as she has limited hours and then was unavailable when we reached out during those hours, she became very rude and threatening, our staff would have had to make an in person visit to her home to verify soils and after her hostile and threatening emails and text, my company does not feel safe moving forward with this customer. Since she has not paid our company anything nor signed and returned our contract, we owe her nothing. Weve arranged it with our bank ************ she can call and verify that we have not received nor deposited and funds from her.
