    Insul-Pros company out of Centralia, WA originally installed my roof when my house was built brand new a couple years back, which it came with a warranty. I had a leaking issue from my roof down into my dryer vent. The dryer vent is routed to the roof. I had another company come out and install a vent in hopes that it would fix the roof leak. It did not. So I had re-contacted insul pros In regards to coming out to fix my roof for me. He said because I had someone else work on that section of the roof that I would have to pay for them to come out and redo that section of the roof and fix the vent and the leaking issue. This was December 9, 2021. I paid him $510.00 to have one of his guys come and fix our roof. He kept saying he’s going to send one of his guys out it took a while for him to finally send someone. He told me that he wanted me to pay in cash. He also told me that because they came out and re-fix the roof that I would have an eight year warranty on the roof Again. I did not receive a receipt of the repairs at the time or anything stating my 8 year warranty other than text messages between us proving the promised warranty. I have contacted him for months now in regards to the roof still leaking . I’ve asked if he could please send his guys out to have it re-looked at. I believe the water is coming from the roof vent/or a leak down into my dryer vent. Huge amounts of water when it rains come into my dryer vent causing large amounts of water all over my laundry room floor and when the vent is unhooked a bunch of water pours from the vent. He will text me back after long periods of time stating that he will re-send his guys out, which he still hasn’t. I have ended up filing a claim with my homeowners insurance because one of the closets that is on the backside of the washer and dryer now has mold growing and is soft. I’m simply requesting a receipt of services provided 12/8/21, my roof to be properly fixed and warranty paperwork.
