    I ordered a carburator kit and air filter for my 1050 cub cadet mower with a 23 horse Kohler courage motor. Then gave them numbers requested off the motor and they sent mea carburetor kit for a different type of mower. So when I called them back they explained they wouldn't take it back because it was specialty order and then they wanted the numbers from under the seat. Then they sent me the right carburetor kit and the wrong air filter. So when I talked to the manager she said that they sent me the parts from the numbers I sent them trying to justify it and pretend like I was at fault for there mistake. When I received these parts none of them had any paperwork with them so I wasn't even aware of the price they charge me on my credit card until I got my credit card statement and then typically these parts should have been about $80 approximately and my bank statement said they charge me $214.

    When ***** called our shop in early March, he had the part numbers that he wanted to order.  We ordered the carburetor kit and shipped it to him along with the air filter he requested.  After he received those, he called back saying they were wrong.  We informed him that the carburetor kit was not returnable as it was a special ordered part but we could help him figure out the correct parts he needed.  After getting the mower numbers, we ordered a new carburetor kit and shipped it to him with another air filter.  We are able to return the air filters if he wants to bring those back or ship them back to our store.  As for the carburetor kit that was incorrect, we cannot return that as it is a non-returnable item that he provided the part number for originally.
