    **** is very inconsistent with his quotes and refuses to return phone calls, messages or texts. On the second job that I engaged him on, he submitted a proposal -- which I accepted but tried to make a very small change to afterwards (I asked that he add two outlets to the quantity already planned). However, he then changed his mind and backed out of the deal with no explanation. Not answering phone calls, messages or texts is just horrible customer service. I thought **** was a stand-up guy, but I was obviously mistaken. He could have at least taken my phone call and given me a reason for backing out, but he just ghosted me. Pretty pathetic. Look elsewhere for your electrical needs.
