      This business makes you sign a paper that all sales are final. Then you have a 3 day window to cancel. after that there is no way to get a refund. No refunds at all. Not happy with product? Too bad. AND, even with canceling on time, with NO delivery taking place, You have to pay a 20 percent cancelation fee! In stock items must be paid in full at time of purchase. Any refund, minus the fee takes 14 days. They have your money tied up that long, even though you never received the product.

      DO NOT BUY FROM JR FURNITURE. Absolute WORST company I have ever bought from. We bought our couch in July of 2022. ****** ******** talked us into the warranty saying "you could stab the couch with a fork and the warranty company would ***lace it". Sticker price was over 7k but the "sale" price paid just under 6k. 7 months later I had multiple claims to the insur. comp. as the couch was already falling apart. Took 3 months to get a response from insurance company for them to tell us "doesn't fall under insurance warr. but to contact the manufacturer as it might be covered by them". I was LIVID & fed up after trying to get a ***ly for months. I honestly gave up. Recently, I was looking at a new couch because ours is an embarrassment at this point. I told the story to the ****** Furn. *** she was shocked. She told me I needed to contact ******* and have them make amends. This gave me some hope that maybe we could get a resolution with JR furniture. I got in contact with a *** at the ************** on Sep. 5th. They took my info, said they'd se what they could do it's now Oct 3rd and I've received no ***ly since Sep. 7th. They've left me on read after multiple emails. They're a scam. They've extremely high prices for absolute junk pieces of furniture. That won't even last you a year. They do not want to help you. All the connectors are broken so none of the pieces stay together, from pulling the lever to recline the couch it now has caused a hole in the couch, then from reclining it has rubbed the corner piece of the furniture tearing the leather up, the leather is fading, the head rest to the chaise piece is broken laying down & doesn't stay up, and this couch is just awful. From afar in a photo it looks like this beautiful couch. Until you get close. You sit in the recline seat and try to get up and it completely falls forward because the connectors are broken. It's just a ********* spent almost 6k on it! SAVE YOUR MONEY, EFFORTS, AND TIME. DO NOT BUY FROM ***

      I was very unhappy with my recliner that was sent because it did not have what I asked for. I wanted message and lift but received none of these. I can do without the message by using my own but the lift was important to me. I called on Thursday when it was delivered but she was too busy with other customers to talk with me. Told her to go do what ever she needed to do but gave a manager call me ASAP. Heard nothing. On Friday I called again and was told again by some women that the manager was too busy and would call me back. This is Monday now and have heard nothing from anyone. Anytime I have gone into a furniture warehouse they are just sitting around. Just pick up the phone and stop hiding behind your computer and other workers. Want to hear from someone in UPPER management ASAP.

      I bought 2 couches with them came with the wrong legs the long couch collapse Ive been waiting to get it fix or replace for 6 months already am just getting the run around a its so annoying I wish I could just get my money back and they wont. I have to be begging them to replace my couch and they keep telling me they already ordered the parts. I wont be going there anymore after 8 yrs of shopping with them something goes wrong and they really dont care about the customer their service ***** as well.
