    I wish I could give zero stars. I wish I read reviews before ordering. He never sent the mailbox. He didnt respond to multiple emails. I researched and found his phone number. He was beyond rude on the phone and lied about the money, the order and then hung up on me. I filed a claim with the bank. Do NOT order from This man.

    The customer had canceled the order. When I refunded the order amount the customer immediately called me and said it was not in their account yet. I explained that my payment processor takes 5-7 days for the money to return to the account (as do many processors with returns). That was in no way a lie, and the customer was never hung up on even though they were very demanding on the phone. I recommend to all customers to consider that handmade items take time to create, and that creators of custom orders are not Amazon with a 2 day turnaround time. I also recommend that customers understand that payments go through a processor and are not immediately available to the seller, and that means the funds are also not immediately able to be sent back to the customer. The payment processor takes care of that and the seller does not have control of that timeline.

    scammer. Paid ****** for a custom mailbox. Never received. I send numerous emails with order conformation. NO response. He is a terrible human and business, and it should be shut down. I would give him zero stars. DO NOY ORDER from this guy. You will never see product from him or an email back. I have to file a complaint with my bank to try and get my money back. Shame shame on you *******.

    You make it sound as though you didn't receive a refund, although you did. I had already refunded your money and the bank verified that they had already received the money. I recommend that customers buying handmade and custom items understand that they take time to make. The description on the listing shows how long it takes for items to be made and shipped. This is in no way a scam, just a person making handmade items that are custom per customer order, and they take time to create.
