      I went to look at a used car at this business. On its window, I saw an "As Is" sign. I asked the saleswoman about it since their site had listed a warranty for this car. She said that wasn't done for used cars. I told her that I knew that and wouldn't even bring it up if it weren't for the listing on their site. She asked me to show it to her on her phone which I couldn't find, but was going to show the site to me on a computer, but my son was not interested in the car and we left. On returning home, I looked at their site again. The warranty was still listed there under Detailed Specifications. A warranty was also listed on other used car listings I looked at on their site. (I looked exclusively at used cars that were *not* certified.) Since there are multiple listings where this is done, it does not appear to be an innocent mistake. I-5 ****** and other related "Awesome" car dealerships should immediately remove the misleading Warranty section from their used car listings.

      We have looked to confirm and we do not have anything listed saying a warranty is included on the car the customer was shopping for or our other non certified used cars on our sites. We believe the customer is possibly referring to our "I-5 ********** which is a maintenance plan that is included with our used cars. It is not a warranty or service protection plan. Thank you.

      My girlfriend is looking for a new car. She was texting witha person named *********************** at the dealer who said that they had a Toyota ****** crossover in gray we could test drive. We drove to the dealership(60 miles one way)and the only cars that they had were all marked as "reserved " and 1 was being shipped, but they do have these other rav4 that we could look at. Now I'm kinda sure that is called a "bait and switch" which is a felony. We went to another dealership and talked to the salesman about them and he said that they have heard about them pulling things like that. My girlfriend was ok but I was really ****** off. Thanks ***.

      Scheduled Recall Work 30 days out for 2 visual inspections and one check the date on a wiper motor assembly.Was told half day. They contact me at 400pm and tell me the only service tach that deals with recalls could not get to it and could t promise in another day.Total Joke Awesome Ford
