I hired Advocate Printing to make banners and plant lists, for my season opening April 20th.On March 8th I asked if they were going to have it ready in time for my season opening. They delivered them on the 25th of April, that's 5 days after i opened. The paper was wrong so they didn't work like intended. On the 10th of April my Mother dropped off an example of the paper i wanted. (the last seasons plant list). On April 19th I put out 7 of the normal 40 plus signs for my season opening. They where old and dirty and difficult to read and had the wrong dates, so it was just confusing for my customers. 7 signs is less than 25% of my normal exposure in ***** and ******** County as a result I threw away more product than ever before. my farm is over 30 years old and have never had that much not sell. Its just me and my Fiance, so once we were open i didn't have time to ******** 40 signs allover 2 different county. My Family has used Advocate printing for as long as i can remember, so you would think they would know we always open the third Thursday of April. On the 7th of March i sent in what i needed on the 10th of March they responded.on the 11th they confirmed. $1311.20 on the 20th i needed them they delivered them on the 25th.After the 25th I tried calling the owner, he was unsympathetic. Saying he was *********** payment because he put out effort. What about my effort?. I threw out plants that i started in December.Advocate Printing says I now owe $2,445.33.Please Help
