    I was exposed to lead based paint and black mold that was improperly handled by their maintenance crew. It effected my health and they took no action to get a proper abatement team in to handle the mold and denied that they exposed me to the lead based paint even though I tested it myself and have photos from the start of all issues. Toward the end of their patch up job on the entire issue one of their maint. men left my front door unlocked and partially open which I discovered around 7:30pm that night and they denied those allegations even though I had send them video evidence. They have not kept the building up to code and improperly handled black mold as well as doing nothing but spraying Killz and repainting over the mold surfaces. I did meet with the landlord and he stated that there was no moisture in the attic space even though nobody had gone into the attic space fully to check. He stated hed replace a bathroom fan and a window in my apartment as well as cut my rent in half for the month dude to maint.. I was not able to live in the space due to health issues that came up during this time and their negligence to properly solve the problem. They did a paint over fix and are still denying the lead paint and black mold exposure as well as not properly fixing the failing gutter system on the building. They left a dehumidifier in the room after stating it was the moisture in the room that they then removed after I asked for further compensation due to the power/ electricity it was consuming and deemed it no longer necessary as the moisture in the room wasnt the problem but still refuse to admit that the building is the issue and that the black mold would return due to its failures and their improper handling of the mold.
