  Horrible company!!! I am 70 and my husband is 80. This company left us stranded for over 2 hours in 100 degree temp. Then after several attempts to call then, over a 40 min time span, I finally reached a person. She said they were busy and someone would be there when they could. I called my rental car company and they called Amity and was told the pick up was cancelled. But they never notified the rental car company or us. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

  Doesn't take ACCOUNTABILITY for their lack of professionalism or communicate when they are coming to provide a service. I had a lock out situation 03/29/2023. I contacted AAA and was informed via text that Amity Towing would be on the way. I received ZERO communication from them. Not even a text or phone call that they're on the way. Gave them a 1 star review on ****** for this. When **** finally got there, they were EXTREMELY rude, confronted me about the one star review, and refused service. I informed AAA about this interaction. **** claimed no one else would do this service. If I could describe Amity towing, arrogant would be the word.

  DO NOT USE!!!The woman that answered the phone was the worst and hid behind her keyboard to send a rude text to me and refused to answer my calls when I tried calling her back.I needed a tow. AAA advised me that Amity would be coming. There was a misunderstanding between AAA and Amity, which was discovered after a male from Amity called me, so the service was cancelled. (I needed a tow not a jump.)AAA texted me another tow was coming and called to tell me it was Amity again. I thought, perfect, use someone local and support small business. I called the male again just to make sure everyone was on the same page. He assured me that I would be taken care of and apologized for the delay. I asked if I needed to call the office to make sure everything was confirmed. He told me no and assured me everything was good. (He did talk bad about an employee that called out and mentioned he didn't wear the pants in the business and that she was in the office)AAA text advised the Amity tow would arrive by 2:05pm. After 3:00pm, I called the office and a woman answered the phone. I told her who I was and wanted to make sure they were still able to get my vehicle before closing. She told me they weren't coming. I was shocked! I questioned her. She told me it was cancelled this morning. I tried to tell her the tow was called again. She proceeded to tell me that she told AAA they couldn't do it because they were too busy. Frustrated and in a hurry I said goodbye and hung up. I immediately received a text from Amity saying, "If you were nicer, I could have tried to help you. Fix your attitude". I tried calling back three times, but she blocked my call. I tried calling the male and he wouldn't answer. I returned a text, "Real nice. Whoever took my call, said you were coming. Shame on you".Don't use this company. They send mean text and block you when you try to reach them.
