      I have had issues with Hartills Mtn ************************** from the start of when I ordered the tractor and put a down payment on it to gettting it repaired. The tractor has been serviced 3 times and it still has not been fixed. When I called Kioti Tractors to complain about there dealer. They told me to take it somewhere else, as well as stating they have no service record for my record from Hartills. Below is a documentation of the times I contacted Hartills and the times they picked up and dropped off my tractor after working on it. I dont have accurate dates and times, since Hartills has never given me any service invoices. Current as of 10/14/22: I have been making my monthly payments to *********** on time. 5/5/22 Ordered CS2510 Kioti Tractor Backhoe Ready $14,545.00 W/Attachments: Post Hole Digger $779.00 Snow Plow $2,600.00 Loader $3,500 Box Scraper $1,549.00 (Still have not received it)Backhoe $6,700 (w/swivel seat) Auger $499.00 Grand Total $32,465.06 Down Payment $1,000 Balance Due $31,465.06 Sales Rep estimated that the tractor would be ready and delivered in about 1 week.6/13/22 Called into Hartills to check on tractor status and to inquire about cancelling the order, since we hadnt had any confirmation about our delivery time or status for over one month. Sales rep called back later that afternoon to confirm that a tractor would be delivered within that same week. 6/17/22 Tractor and attachments was delivered, minus the Box Scraper. A loan contract was signed for *************** for a total sale price of $37,157.80. I also had to sign for ************************* for Machinery. The box was already checked stating that I had already agreed to this insurance. I was never told about this condition prior to purchasing the tractor. This insurance cost is $1,512.61. 6/20/22 Called Hartills to complain about the tractor having a noise coming from
