    I would like to file a complaint against North Winds Hardscape, LLC, ********************************* owned by ******** ******. This company installed an above ground sprinkler system for me in my front yard early August 2024. After using it I noticed that the hose connections were leaking and since the *** pipes were installed close to the foundation of my home, I asked ******** to correct this, ideally by moving the hose to *** connections further away from the foundation. My first request to correct the issue was by text on August 6, 2024. He assured me numerous times that he would be over to fix this. It has now been three months; more than ten emails and more than twenty text messages back and forth and this has not been fixed. Each time he texts to say he or an employee will be here to correct this, no one appears. He has not fulfilled his promises to me to correct the installation. I am requesting that the Better Business Bureau assist me in having the ***/hose connection moved away from the foundation of my house.
