company was to fill freon, blew the compressor, replaced compressor, filled freon, freon leaked, 1 week to fix, replaced freon and leaking valve they replaced, worked 2 days, ac blowing hot air, MIGHT get someone there next day but if not it will be next week as they are "booked solid" 100 degrees temps this weekend. new paying customes are good, warrenty work bad..... tech wasted alot on freon and man power, they would not even send a different tech!!!

We returned to the job, and fixed the issue without charging anymore than the original agreed amount. We are very sorry that the customer was unhappy with the service. We didn't have another service tech to send out to the job (based on the fact we only have one service tech) As soon as the owner came back into town, he went to the job and completed it.Customer Answer
