I was overcharged for install of lights that i purchased separately. His employee charged me 6 hours when it took 2 hours of *****. I paid for 3 hours and he is trying to charge me for his employees adding addition hours. The employee showed up late he was unprepared with the equipment needed to do the job( Ladder and tools) he left the work site to go get tools also again for lunch. he also had his wife on site to handle some family business and signs some checks taking him away from the job. I left to go get an additional light i asked if he needed into the panel box to do the work he said no he could do it from outside. When i returned he still had not started the job because he said he needed to get inside after all. He never tried to contact me to let me know he needed back in. I wrote **** a letter explaining this and the discrepancy in time. He has refused to adjust his hours. He has also sent other employees into my business in front of my customers demanding payment and i was also told that employee was fired. **** never stoped by the job site at any time to check on the progress.

************************* is known around town for trying not to pay her full bill. Multiple tradesmen I have spoken with in the last two months have let me in on this. I have the time cards from my journeyman electrician who not only installed two lights went and tried to buy the lights on my time in my vehicle with my gas my journeyman went to the supply house and the lights that he brought back she did not like. So my tournament had to sit on her job site until she went and got her own lights that she liked from ********** My journaman does not sit around for free. Which is what she is trying to imply then my journeyman was asked if ************************* could use my extension ladder while he was doing other stuff. She needed it for a crew that she had up on her roof. My journeyman said that will be fine I don't need it right now. When my journeyman was done with his job ******* ****** says they're not done with your ladder yet could you please wait. Again my workers do not wait for free. She is claiming only two lights were put up this is also not correct The reason that she called me in the first place is because her maintenance man tried to hang the light up but there was an electrical problem. A problem that her maintenance man could not fix. It took my journey man multiple hours to fix that problem beyond hanging two lights. This BBB filing by ************************* is a bully tactic to fear me into allowing her to not pay her full bill. Please advise

I had hired **** on a previous project and was overcharged he told me the price difference was because Avista would be sending me a rebate back I thought **** was a man of his word and I chose to use him agai. when I called I specifically asked what the price would be he told me he could not give me a solid price but it was $120 an hour he had previously worked with me and chose to take this job. bad-mouthing my reputation to additional businesses is unacceptable **** never fact-checked his employee and the employee is patting his hours this is the problem. I did use the roof ladder while he was on lunch with his permission and he did wait approximately 10 to 15 minutes he said it was not a problem he did not say I am going to have to charge you for the ************************************************************************************************************************** not liking them and needing to go get my own I did go get my own lights because he did not have them he did not even have a ladder or the tools available to do the job when he showed up not to mention he showed up late took time with his wife signing checks and lunch. I have good character and I pay all of my bills. I have been in business for many many years and I am willing to pay for the actual hours worked. In this case it was less than 3 hours. he did fix the wiring which did not take long at all and installed the lights he also had me help with flicking the switches on the panel box while he was working and checking to make sure things were working I never once thought to charge him for the little extra help that I was giving him. I will not pay for his fabrication of hours and his unpreparedness to do the job in a timely manner that is on ****. I will pay him for the hours that it physically took to do the job as I  said in the original statement his employee was late unprepared to do the job if anyone has been bullied it is me he has sent several messages he has come into my business he is bad nothing me to other business. I have tried to resolve this with **** he is unwilling .

I will be sending ****** to collections for the rest of her bill that I have tried to work with her on for over 2 months she is on a negative advertising campaign towards me because I will not let her bully me like I did the last time when I was young in business 4 years ago. I was very upfront with her when she begged me to come and take a man off of my schedule which I have a crew that is scheduled out at least a month and a half in advance I took away from a paying customer so that ****** could have her lights. Also she is admitted in here that she is a business in her last statement she said she has been in business for so many years. She lied to you and said that I was working for her personally. When you are a business you cannot make it better business bureau complaint against another business. She's been stealing from the community for a long time, I won't let that happen to me.
