    This guy is straight up ***** and liar. I wouldnt hire him if it was my only option. In fact I didnt hire him come to find out he and our GC were in cohorts to scam people on money. What happened was our GC hired him and only paid him for half of the job. When GC ran with the money this guy wouldnt come finish the job even though he had been paid until we gave him $12K. Needless to say he didnt finish the job and we contacted L&I who informed us this was this dudes MO and we werent the first to deal with this. He then proceeded to file a lien on our property which we hired an attorney for. It was found this guy was a fraud and deserving of nothing. We ended up having to pay him $7K just to get away from him plus our attorney $2.5K. Our attorney advised us not to take it to court because we would end up spending the $12K just in attorney fees. He is as crooked as they come. Always would claim he did multi million dollar homes in the Puget Sound area yet couldnt even install a ceiling fan properly or center fixtures above sinks. Total and complete joke!
