    Sent a letter to this organization outlining some minor things that needed to be done after the close of our house. This organization was the builder. The builder did repair a few minor defects, which is appreciated. Received no response to the complaint letter I sent in May (it is now July) nor a follow-up response to a text I sent referencing the letter. The builder indicated to me that he "stood behind the construction of our house", but I have not seen that.Wanted some minor repairs done and a list of the subcontractors who worked on the house. He promised the subcontractor list to us during the final walk-through. I am finding it impossible to find individuals to work on the projects that need to be done (our dryer keeps throwing off the breaker), because they are small projects and no one wants to come out for that.In sum, I would suggest that if you deal with this organization that you get every single thing that they say in writing and make sure they do everything they verbally promise before signing a contract with them and/or giving them any money. They do not follow through on their verbal promises, which is shameful. If you identify things in an inspection, make sure that they fix every single item by a Licensed Contractor. They did not do that for us. I let that slide (because we loved the house) and I tried to work with them, but they took advantage of my accommodation.*********** is a small town, and this builder will not get a good reference from me.
