      I hired this company to diagnose and repair my furnace. The technician inaccurately diagnosed the first time and declared it fixed. He had a cancellation so was able to complete a cleaning and maintenance service at that same day. He then reported he had miss diagnosed and that it was now a gas valve that needs to be replaced. After 3 weeks they returned with the part to fix it and then when it didnt work he reported it was a different issue with the heat exchange. They sent a senior tech out who then diagnosed with a cracked heat exchange that was easily identified by the senior tech. I then got a second opinion and it was identified that the cracked heat exchange was even visible to the naked eye. The company refuses to refund or in any way make right the misdiagnosed items and was eager to get me a quote for a whole new furnace after that original tech has initially told my after the repair my furnace would be in tip top shape. Consumer be ware! This company seems to want to replace unnecessary parts as their diagnosis process and cost me 800 non necessary dollars!
