    If you're FINALLY looking for a top quality service, this is the place to go!First, I verified that it was the most honest price for parts & labor. I had the pleasure of dealing with *******************, the owner, from beginning to the end of my experience.(I was happy to know they also they provide mobile services) Unlike many of the "service" encounters I've had post-Covid,**** showed up ON-TIME, he was clear and concise with his communication in all regards (including appointment and pricing) from our first over-the-phone conversation to our last in-person.We hit a slight obstacle when **** arrived, which he appeared to be completely prepared and in-control to handle. Through experience and complete transparency he calmly walked me through the process and/or next stages I could prepare for to move forward at a later time. He was still able to make the repairs we negotiated on and even included a "durability test"!On a side note, this Owner went OUT OF HIS WAY to guarantee my complete satisfaction ... on his day off ... due to employee complications! You just don't see this sort of customer service anymore and I really appreciated the ease and honesty with which this whole process has been handled.Thanks for completely exceeding your customers expectations! It's been very refreshing for 2023. :D
