    I rented a piece of equipment called a skid steer from this company. We hauled the machine ourselves to our jobsite and began using it as normal we had rented from them before. After a couple hours the machine broke and we contacted them to come out and fix it. While they were there the mechanics said that the track on the machine was not tight enough and it did not have grease in it. The runner track is what broke. We had been using the machine on level ground that was loose soil with very minimal rocks and no rocks that were big. The company has since tried to charge us with the **** of fixing the machine and is threatening to send the **** to collections. We have offered to pay for what we owed for the rental but not the repair cost because the machine broke due to lack of proper maintenance. I have pictures of the machine and witnesses that can testify and it has already been brought up that this matter go to civil court.
