I hired *******************, owner of Artistic Concrete, LLC to stain my concrete driveway in October of 2022. Immediately after doing the work the stain on the driveway began to come off. I contacted ************** for repairs, and he told me he would do repairs in the spring of 2023 because of the winter weather. Spring of 2023 arrived, and ************** repeatedly told me he would be there on such and such day and never showed. The spring and summer of 2023 came and went without ************** honoring his commitment to repair my horrendous looking driveway. ************** then proceeded and promised to make the repairs in May of 2024. ************** has texted me half dozen times saying he will repair my driveway and again does not call, text or show up on the dates he set. ************** has been given the option to reimburse me or do the repairs. He chose to do the repairs. ************** has lied, led me on, and it's clear he has no intention of making the repairs he promised. I will now be forced to sue ************** for the amount I paid him $3000.25.

To Whom it May ********************* in response to misleading accusations and false statements. Complaint ID: ********

******************************* contacted us for the shirts ********** February 10, 2022 asking if we could do an epoxy floor on the garage floor of the home he had recently purchased. He came by referral. He was extremely pleased with his epoxy garage floor and on March 16, 2022 he reached out with another email. This time, asking for help. He stated in his email that his driveway at the home he purchased was failing, had yellow/brown stains on it, and appeared to be crumbling. In concrete terms, this is called spawling, popping, failing, etc. He was asking for ****'s expertise advise on how to approach his builder for the repairs of his concrete driveway. **** met again with him, and suggested that for many reasons beyond the yellow/brown stains and spawning, that the driveway was failing and staying and sealing it would not be the appropriate "fix" as it would be temporary, as the failing concrete would continue to fail and "crumble" leaving pits and holes as it does so. **** professional suggested a removal and replacement of the failing concrete driveway. **************** stated that his builder was sending one of his guys out to take a look at the concrete driveway. Nothing came of this approach and **************** wanted to cover the driveway that in his words " looked like s*** ". **** told him he could stain and seal it, but that it would be short term fix, and would continue to crumble and spawl, which leads to holes and divets in the concrete as it fails over time. **** has been out to look at this failing driveway several times over the past two years and at his last visit last month, told **************** that applying another application of stain and sealer is not going to change the fact that the concrete driveway is failing and has been since it was originally poured. ****************, if you want to sue ******* for your failing concrete driveway, you should be looking back to your builder who put in your driveway, the way it was when you purchased the home, failing. We cannot fix failing concrete, and are not responsible for it because we did not place, pour or finish it. It was failing when you bought the home, and will continue to fail, just as **** with his professional expertise of over 30 years told you originally in March 2022.

    Respectfully,
