  **** from RH drilling quoted me around $20,000 for a complete well. We walked my property and he said if we find water he would be able to hook it all up. He did not. When he found water he said this is $20,000 and that he said he could hook it up but that would cost more..That was not the original quote we talked about. When I asked him how many gl per min he got when he found water he said he could not tell me because there was no power hooked to pump yet but he assured me it would was enough to run my home and out building. In his well report he says he tested the pump and that it gets 7gl a min. He told me he couldnt test it. After having it hooked to pump house by my contractor we found that the well water would not even run a bath. **** finally came back months later in the dark and rain to tell me maybe the pumps not working right our there is a clog in the line. I said ok put me on your list to get this thing going. He said he would. Month later message him after Christmas he said he would be over next week, no **** next week. I call him no answer, message him no reply, email his business no reply. I just want **** to do what he said he would and help me get the well running our tell me the truth in that he didnt drill deep enough and if he didnt to pay me back for a pump I clearly dont need if I do not have enough water. If the pump he installed is faulty? Finish the job please. I used all my saving on this unfinished well. I already paid him before job was completed. I would like him to make it right.   Upon completion of a well and pump install, a GPM reading is calculated based on a two-hour pump test. Due to the lack of data on below-surface formations, sediment build-up, etc., water volume over time becomes less predictable. No Guarantee Implied for Water Quality or Volume is something we reiterate in writing due to the uncertainty and inconsistency of below-surface conditions. A document including this term was sent via email on September 2nd to the customer.  
  It is uncommon for well drilling companies to hook up ***** to a residence, and our company similarly does not cover this scope of work, nor imply our services include this scope of work. Our company made time to visit this site out of courtesy of the customers concern for water volume. Our ******* backlog does not allow for imminent attention to projects but we are always open to providing customer support which begins with the cost of a standard service call. As this project seems time sensitive, there are several alternative options (such as purchasing a water storage tank) that are common for customers with specific production needs. Our company drilled 24 ***** in ************** last year and due to formation, a majority were low-producing ***** and several customers elected to install a storage tank.

  I was told by **** the owner that he would come back to check if the pump is working. I do believe that is that is part of the installation of the well. He also said he would send well report back in December of 2023. He did not. As for volume of water he told me that it would supply my home and out buildings and it does not. Also the 7gl a min documented on well report is not what I get from the well.I as a customer who paid $20,000 for and well that doesnt produce that amount am unsatisfied. The lack of help to figure out what the problem could be was not resolved by the business owner leaving me to be at a loss financially. I understand being busy I am also a business owner. But after no response from **** Im still not sure if my $4,000 pump works and can not use this well.

  How this this company provided and communicates with its customers is not acceptable.

  I am rejecting this response because:
  The pump was never tested. When he came to check my pump house in the evening dark and rain. He said yes this is not the amount of water he originally got and it must be the pump or there is a clog in line.He told me he would be back to pull pump. This is not maintenance visit this is a finish well job visit. This has nothing to do with hooking up to my residence. I gotten no response from RH Drilling when I messaged emailed and called him. I was never told I would need holding tank. Job was never finished.
