      ALL FLOORING WHOLESALES installed laminate flooring on our house on 1/25/2021. Within weeks of installation, the flooring began to have problems. They returned within 2 weeks to fix some flooring that began to come up. Over the next couple of months the floors began to fall apart beneath our feet. We reached out to *** Owner of ALL FLOORING WHOLESALES and he stated it was a manufacturing issue and would seek a warranty of the parts. After months of back and forth and the run around we were told that the manufacturer is out of business and there is nothing he can do. He sold us a 1-year warranty on labor and a 2-year warranty on supplies. He strung us around for months making us think he was getting something done for us but he was trying to outwait our time for our warranty to expire. We made a claim to him almost a year prior to our warranty expiring so we should be entitled to the full warranty of the supplies and labor. An expert flooring installer was able to provide an evaluation of the work provided by their team. Some of the complications that were observed are the following: The floor surface has damage or unevenness 1/4-inch expansion gap between the flooring and wall isnt followed throughout the house Flooring Sealant wasnt used Flooring Glue wasnt used The flooring didnt arrive on site until installation The flooring wasnt able to properly acclimate No use of expansion joints in-between transitioning rooms The flooring installation service provided by this team is unsalvageable. A complete replacement must be completed to reconcile the floors. The negligence of their team is responsible for the damaged flooring.
