    On August 1, 2024, ***** ****** purchased a Daikin Mini-Split System from Precision Air Services Salesman ******* ***** with an Extended Transferable 10 Year Labor Warranty or ********************** issued by ** Warranties for an extra $400.00 dollars. The owner of Precision Air Services, ***** ******, and Salesman ******* ***** were asked several times for the ** Warranty documentation as it is transferable. ****** also contacted ** Warranties on two occasions who replied ****** has no labor warranty via Precision Air Services. ****** has not responded to requests for the labor warranty. ****** request the ** Warranty Labor Warranty documentation. This was a 10 year transferable labor warranty plan and worth more than the cost ****** paid. As part of Precision Air Services Web Site ******************************************************* there is a section on the Better Business Bureau:A Member of the BBB With A + Rating -- At Precision ****************************** we strive for 100% customer satisfaction in our HVAC work we do. A theft by deception definition would be common to that of conning. This particular theft crime has the added notion of deception or trickery involved. Generally speaking, in such cases, the victim of the crime relies upon the deceit, or lies, that are claimed as truths by the thief.Documentation provided and further documents upon request.

    Hello *****, Sorry about the lack of commutation, ****** has change their extended Labor warranty processing, I have been working with my disturber to get this done. I can keep trying or refunding the monies.

    I am rejecting this response because:  No where in the sales agreement/contract does it state a "******" extended labor warranty.  I was told only a ** Warranty would be available for a "LABOR" warranty for 10 years and transferable.  I do not understand why Precision is talking apples and oranges.  They should purchase the ** Warranty for my units as agreed upon.  Of course, if Precision has burned its bridges with ** Warranties from past dealings one can see the problem.    The new "Daikin" warranty would have to be for labor, 10 years and able to be transferred to a new owner if I sell the house as discussed with salesman *******.    The parts are under a 12 year warranty by *******

    This complaint has been resolved -- Precision Air Services has provided a Labor Extended Warranty for my new Daikin Mini Split.  I would recommend the BBB lower their rating of this business.  The owners actions were not that of a five-star business.  Further, Precision uses the BBB in their Web page which I found to be misleading.  Precision perpetrated a fraud (not a misunderstanding) on me and I am sure they did it to others.
