      Poor customer service. I placed an order on 08/10/22 and contacted the seller around 08/14/22 to see how long processing and shipping takes because it isn't listed on their website. I received a reply stating "If you are in the US it takes about 3-4 days". As of 08/17/2022 I had not received notice that the item shipped so I emailed them again. There has been no response so I requested to cancel my order and got my money refunded through PayPal.I was really looking forward to receiving this item; I loved Airs fragrance oils when I was younger. I've searched for them over the last few years to purchase and have been unable to find them until recently, I was so excited.Update: As 08/28/22, not a word from these people after I requested cancellation of my order.
