My experience with this company has been quite miserable unfortunately. I called to order some landscaping materials (~11 tons of rock or 8.5 yards). When I called I specifically asked, can I let the driver know when they arrive specifically where I want the rock delivered? They said yes. Come the day of expected delivery at 10:00am, my wife goes to our front door at 9:45am to wait for the truck and sees a pile of rock in the road. 12 FEET IN THE **** blocking an entire lane of traffic. They illegally dumped, without my verbal or written authorization, approx. 11 tons of rock in a violation of Spokane City Code. I call back the number that texted me and the truck driver picks up. I asked her why she didn't ring the doorbell or knock at the door at all. She admitted she never went to the door and her reply was to the effect of "I honked my horn twice, it's loud". I informed her that we are living in an active development, there are loud trucks and horns and dump trucks and deliveries all week long. I called the manager of Spokane Boys **** *****, and asked them if they would be willing to come move the rock and she declined. I let her know I never authorized this delivery and I never signed any paperwork. I called back later and spoke with the co-manager and stated I wanted to return the materials. They said they wouldn't come and pick-up the material and that there was a sign in their shop that said no returns accepted. I never visited the shop and placed the order over the phone. I was never informed of their return policy over the phone either when I ordered. I also was never given a receipt for the purchase of the rock. I was never given anything that showed what was delivered, amount or type of material, was accurate and what I ordered. My credit card report shows I paid $619.58 on 6/5/24 to Spokane Boys **** I have disputed this charge with my credit card company.
