    We had some work completed by Baker Built LLC during the period of June 2023 - July 2024. This was a very large project. He told us the project should take 8 months. Over a year later he was still only about 45% complete. We also found out after he was fired that he had been a suspended contractor since Sept 2023, shortly after he started our job. He also didn't pay some of the subs after we paid him to pass the money onto them. He sent us a final invoice trying to get us to pay the subs again. During the project we had several issues with work that he had completed and paid for, and then had to pay someone else to have it fixed. I would be very wary of this company portraying themselves as a contractor
