    I've worked their system almost from its beginning and got cold shouldered just before covid hit. My professional version is so expansive with additions I asked for a jump stick so I could install it on new computers which they promised but did not deliver. ************************* was a big name doing installations etc for them and staff seemed to come and go. Their service is poor and they do not respond to emails or voice mail. I noticed this Thanksgiving and Christmas season they did not push new product nor were even on line advertising. They did say they were shifting their stuff over to another company on a blip notice but no follow up and I lost the company. Best to stay away from anything Biblesoft...

    I have been a user of PC ********************** software for over 20 years. In December 2022 I upgraded to OneTouch Professional since updates for an earlier version are no longer available. The program had a number of problems. There were multiple error messages with several macros. When I called customer service no one answered. I tried to leave a voice mail but the voicemail was full. I sent several emails with no response. I was supposed to receive a USB drive with the program (which I paid extra for) and never received it. I am very disappointed and do not appreciate being ghosted. My order number was JNCGGAOGT for $362.27. I would prefer a refund since I have not been able to reach anyone at the company.

    I have been a faithful user of the ** Study ********************** program for many years. In October 2021, I upgraded to OneTouch Professional and was relatively satisfied with the product, despite occasional shutdowns during searches. After a severe computer problem requiring a complete OS update, I attempted to reload my program only to meet with an inability to log in. After several attempts, I called ***************** Imagine my surprise when I heard a message from someone named ***** saying that all the employees were terminated on the same day, and they have no further information on who may have acquired the company or how customers are to be helped. The worst part is that it appears the online system will allow me to repurchase the upgrade!

    I purchased a product from Biblesoft for $400 on 9/13/22. I needed support since the downloaded product didn't work. After several attempts to e-mail and call, I finally got a voicemail that indicated that all of Biblesoft employees were let go at the end of June 2022. I now have to go through the process of a dispute with my credit card company since the downloaded product is unusable. Someone needs to bring this to the attention of the ******************* of whoever regulates their website license. In my opinion, they are perpetrating fraud. At the least, they are causing me undo concern and my credit card company extra work to dispute something that should not have happened in the first place. I understand "buyer beware", but Biblesoft needs to be accountable for what their website does! *************

    I have been a faithful customer of ****************** products for over two decades. Less than a year ago I purchased the OneTouch Professional Program for over $600. I upgraded my computers and need to install the program I purchased. Unfortunately, Bible Soft only allows two installments at a time. No problem I will figured I would just call and have them reset my storage USB so I can install. I called Bible Soft and received a recorded message saying the company has downsized and someone from Customer Support "MAY" periodically check the messages. I just paid $600 to a ********* based organization that has totally walked away from it's customers. I feel ripped off. If this was a secular business I would not be too surprised, but to be ripped off by my brothers and sisters in ****** is who I trusted all these years is beyond me. In addition, I have recommended several of my ********* friends to use Bible Soft and they too are in the same predicament as me. Hopefully the ownership figures out a way to release the hold on this product. Shame on you Bible Soft.
