    06/13/2022 $8,530.25 07/08/2022 $14,085.80 Infinity Tree planted the trees, but some of them were crooked. We promptly informed them of this issue, but they dismissed it as the wind causing the trees to grow in that manner. Unfortunately, some of the trees from the second transaction were found to be diseased, and despite our repeated requests for replacements, they consistently refused to do so.Both of these issues were brought to the attention of the owner, ****, who made promises to replace the affected trees. However, he repeatedly suggested alternative solutions that proved ineffective. Despite his promises, he has since stopped returning our calls.We do not seek a refund; rather, we demand the fulfillment of the promises made. Specifically, we require the replacement of the diseased and crooked trees. We have postponed some landscaping work until the trees are replaced, as we cannot proceed without them.

    I called Tamim and spoke with him directly going over the text message exchange that we had agreed upon in regards to the tree work. I explained we needed to wait until after March 15th as it is too cold to plant new trees this time of year. He apologized and understood and said he was going to remove the complaint. I am not sure if that has happened, but he advised me it would be removed as resolved the confusion on his end. Thank you.

    While it seems the businesss response to the BBB contains inaccurate details, including an apology misattributed to us, we remain optimistic that the situation will be resolved amicably and that it will not be necessary to submit another complaint to the BBB.
