    My name is ************************* and I was a tenant at Trax at Dupont Stations APT E411 in **************** from Dec 2019 to May 2023 managed by Security Properties Residential. I just recently move-out at the end of May 2023 and would like to settle my final bill and pay it and have contacted Security Properties regarding this matter but have not heard back. I would like to be reimburse for the lack of valet service that I have been paying $25/month for the past 3.5 years ever since I moved in. I have pictures and photos of all of the times that have failed to come pick up my trash on the days that they were supposed to, which was more than 75% of the time. I also have evidence that it was actually sabotaged by their ************ employee since it appears to be that they were collecting the trash for my neighbors and on other floors, so I in fact have proof that it was definitely being done deliberately. In the past, I have contacted ************ and my apartment complex Trax at Dupont station directly but for the past 3.5 years, it is always the same song and dance of "Oh, I'm so sorry for the inconvenience and we will look into it" and pointing fingers at each other back and forth with ***************** telling me to contact Trax and Trax telling me to contact ************ but it is pretty much just dead silence and nothing happens after that which is why I have been contacting corporate directly now. Since ************ has sabotaged me by not coming to pick up the trash on my unit specifically breaking their lease agreement for services, I feel like I should not be responsible for this service that I was being billed for each month. Could you please contact Security Properties on how they would like to rectify the situation so I can settle my final bill with ****? ($25/month x 12months = $300 x 3.5years = $1050 x 75% lack of service/breach in contract = $787.50 that they owe me). My final bill with them is $605.11. Thank you in advance.

    The property management team has been in direct contact with the past resident and has updated their FAS (Final Accounting Statement). According to their conversation, the past resident expressed satisfaction and stated that they would remove their negative review.
