    On 02/18/2024 I placed an order for 2 Tungsten weddings rings (order number ****). My ring was slightly too big so, per the warranty, I have been trying to contact them for 2 weeks to get a smaller ring. They have not responded to the 3 emails that I have sent, they do not answer the phone, and there is no way to leave a voice mail. If it is going to be nigh impossible to contact them, to use the warranty, I would like to return the rings for a full refund.

    On 11/15/23 I purchased my fiance the wedding band he wanted from TungstenCraft.com, they seemed legit, had a great 2 day free shipping offer, the price of the item was in line with other sites, not a "too good to be true" price. They charged my card immediately, have tracking through the app they said to use. Ring should have been here by today at latest. Still no tracking information, no response to 3 written attempts to contact, no one answered the phone # either. Hopefully my bank will dispute the charge. Otherwise I'm just out of luck. And honestly don't have the money to just go buy the band somewhere else.

    I bought my fiancé' a ring on June 2, 2023. Once we received the ring, it was too small. We had ordered an 11 since he had tried a 10 and it was too small but the ring, we received is probably a 10 instead of the 11 I ordered. My fiancé decided he also did not like the ring and would rather exchange it. We contacted the company within the 40-day period but have heard nothing back. I e-mailed the company using three different e-mail addresses I could find for the company. I also filled out the contact us form at least twice and called to leave a message several times, but the call just ends without you being able to leave a message. I should have known the web site was too good to be true.

    I ordered a ring from their site on 2/20/23 and received my order. I immediately knew I didnt want it and emailed to return it. After a few days of hearing nothing before my wedding I wrote them on their website and nothing I then wrote 8 more emails and called the answering machine says no one here to take your call and hangs up I am so devastated right before my wedding I cant get a large amount of money back. The product itself looked different than in the pictures and I have heard nothing from them.

    Placed order on wed 2/8/23, per the website all items are guaranteed 2 day ***** delivery! There has been no updates as to the purchase of my ring. Other than the confirmation I received right when I paid there's no tracking information they don't answer the phone. It goes straight to voicemail. I have sent several emails nobody responds. I am trying to cancel my order as, this company is not trustworthy. They do not communicate with your buyers and upon reading the reviews it seems that everyone has had this problem in the past and their items are not guaranteed like their website states.

    Bought a size 12 8mm Kensai Black ceramic black walnut wedding band for my husband on April 11 2021. Order number **** While wearing his ring, the ceramic inlay shattered into his finger. I have been trying every method possible to reach out to warranty for a replacement. The phone number immediately says no one is available to take the call and to leave a message. There is never an opportunity to leave a message. I have emailed the company as well as the email address provided when i got my emailed receipt. No one has contacted me about this. Considering all we want is a warranty exchange or a refund and not persue a liability situation for a ring that broke into his finger... you'd think SOMEONE would contact us.
