    My service was abruptly turned off for no apparent reason. When I called to inquire, I was passed around to multiple people and given different reasons. When I highlighted the conflicting answers and various contradictions in what I was being told and tried to question anything I was told my conversation was not productive and they would not be speaking to me anymore. **** needs a lot of work in customer service.

    Just spent the last year with problems with internet issues after I upgraded to 1 gigabyte of service. Since I had upgraded my service I didn't think that what was causing problems with my irrigation controller, wifi cameras, and or using the internet (spent countless hours on the phone with various tech support from these devices to figure out what was going on, but since our internet worked no thirdparty technicians could tell what was wrong with our various WIFI devices). I contacted Local tel when we discovered that our speeds were not showing the speeds we were paying for and they did get a service tech out and confirmed that all of the hardware was working properly, and by magic... we are nowing recieving the gigabyte of service we have paid for for over a year.When we asked if we could be given a partial credit for the fact that we have had paid for a gig and only recieving a 100 mbits. We were told we should have known that was what was causing the problem even though it Localtel themselves couldn't tell us what the problem was. On top of this the lady I spoke to was rude and hung up the phone before I could even get her name.Now I am going to have to spend the time to look for another internet provider on top of paying for a service that I didn't recieve for over a year.

    Worst service ever. Would not recommend. Charged me over $250.00. T.V. and internet still dont work.
