    I ordered the items and contacted Badger mountain via email multiple times since the phone only goes to voicemail. I received only a computer generated response and have not received a Full Refund for items never received. I No longer wanted the products and asked for a Full Refund and never received a response back. Please Help because they have done this to multiple customers over the past year.

    Hi, I ordered parts from badger mountain supply and received some of the order and the rest was on back order.Here is the last email i got about the order # ***** and now they don't respond to any of my emails i even sent a few letters to them with no response.     I placed an order #***** with Badger Mountain Supply on 2/24/2022. I was charged for this order, but did not receive the items I had purchased. The order was for three magazine rebuild kits, and the total cost was $95.29. I have made multiple inquiries over the last seven months regarding this unfulfilled order. Each inquiry resulted in an automated message that stating that someone would get back to me, or that they were behind and work working on back orders. As of today, my order is still listed as "new" and has not processed. The last correspondence I set to Badger Mountain Supply included my request for a refund. I have not received a response, nor the product, nor the refund.

    A little over 12 months ago I purchased an item from these folks and they placed the item on back order. After months of waiting they informed me the item was in stock and that the item should ship eventually. I never received the item and have spent the past months regularly reaching out to the customer service department with no response other than the automated emails they send.

    The first issue is an order that was placed over a year ago now 8-27-21. Was told through email in the beginning they were waiting on more product and my order would go out shortly thereafter, even though I only placed the order because their website stated the product was in stock. Have since not had a single email inquiry responded to by the company. The second issue would be another order placed several months ago for a couple products, one of which was sent out and recieved by me the second item in the order was not. And again I have had absolutely no response from the company on what is happening with my orders. Very frustrated at this point. I don't want a refund I just want the products I paid for or at least an email response.

    I placed a order on Feb/26/2022 and it's still not been shipped on 8/29/22. I tried to contact them for a refund and their phone and email doesn't work. Their website go offline. Looks a big scam to me.

    Date of purchase was 08/05/2021 and I still have not received my product. I have contacted the company through email and contact form more than a dozen times with all recently being automatic replies. Order number *****. This has been a year and would like to only have my order cancelled and have a refund.

    I placed order ***** on 13 August 2021. The items were (and remain) listed as in stock - I have contacted the business six (6) times in the last 10 months, and after the second time I have received no response. I have purchased from this business several times in the past and know they can be slow to ship, but have never had an issue with them flat out stealing from me. They took $109.82 from my card, and have still failed to fulfill the order.

    I ordered on 7/12/2021 they shipped half my order. Months went by I was patient. Because they sent emails saying sorry for delay due to over whelming volume of orders blah blah blah.They are usually pretty good despite what many other consumers have experienced. Little did I know I would soon be joining them in there frustration and misery of having now lost money with no hopes of getting it back with no solution in sight. Basically hopelessAfter receiving the email several more months went by. I inquired once again only to receive the same email. I reached out for a possible solution and to no avail. Was met with the same non response. So I decided to get a charge back on my card and low and behold I passed the window of eligibility for a charge back and cant get my money back now. Despite also having reached out to badger mountain themselves for a refund. As usual no response. ;(So here it is 13 days past anniversary of my order. Absolutely nothing, now Im out 6 rebuild kits totaling roughly $450.00 for absolutely nothing! Got Totally ripped off.

    I made a purchase of magazine for an H&K ar15-22 for approx $35 on approx. May 20th 2021. I have made numerous request on tracking and shipping with only replies of "thank you for you patience" for supply issues. After I stated I was filling complaint the business stopped communication
